Janipura Housing Colony:

	Total Number of Plots: 1434
	Janipur housing colony has been developed by the state government on the right bank of Ambgarota road and was later on transferred to Jammu Development Authority. All the infrastructure like roads, lanes, drains and street lights have been developed. It consists of smaller sized plots and all developed plots have been alloted.
